RecExRecoTest: Work around cling bugs.

Scott Snyder requested to merge ssnyder/athena:dict.RecExRecoTest-20210226 into master

Explicitly tell cling to read headers defining several xAOD containers, to avoid hitting cling bugs when METMakerConfig loads TauAnalysisTools.
