TCT test_reco_mc16e and test_reco_with_derived_outputs: Doing the comparison step only when the Reco_tf step is successful

This MR updates the TCT tests test_reco_mc16e, test_reco_with_derived_outputs, and test_reco_with_derived_outputs_2. It ensures that the comparison step is done only when the Reco_tf step is successful. This is needed to avoid too large log files on the Grid. (Currently the test_reco_mc16e runs extremely long and its output is not accessible.)
