Update fullscanLRT chain configuration
This merge request tidies up some loose ends:
- Sets the threshold to 0 instead of 120, as this value is not used so would be misleading otherwise
- Makes the case consistent for the algorithm name
- Changes scales on expert monitoring graphs
- Updates the reference counts due to the chain name change (no change to counts)
