Serialize TriggerAPI with flat json

Javier Montejo Berlingen requested to merge jmontejo/athena:master_apipickle into master
  • Serialize as flat json in order to not depend on classes stored in the pickle
  • Minor bugfixes from py3 migration
  • Drop precomputed lists from example as they are not longer produced

Unblocks ATR-22683

Addresses the left-over from !41178 (merged) as promised
