Migration of Muon LLP trigger classes to AthenaMT framework.

  • Changed HTL::FexAlgo to AthAlgorithm and GetFeature/AttachFeature -> readHandle/WriteHandle in MuonClusterMT.cxx and MuonClusterMT.h
  • Updated all instnces of HLT::OK to StatusCode::SUCCESS

Currently does not compile due to numerous outstanding errors.
