TCT: Disabling tests DAOD PHYS which use MT with 1 thread

Currently there are three versions of tests mc16PHYS, mc16PHYSLITE, mc16PHYSVAL, data18PHYS, and data18PHYSLITE: serial, AthenaMP, and AthenaMT with 1 thread. The version with AthenaMT is failing and it requires many fixes. A JIRA was opened for this: https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/ATLASRECTS-6072

This MR disables four of these failing tests. The fifth test is kept running to ensure that it is not forgotten.
