Fix cluster->cell links in EGAM7

Fix problem with cluster->cell links in EGAM7 reported in https://its.cern.ch/jira/projects/ATLEGAMDPD/issues/ATLEGAMDPD-147. Also update old list of cluster sizes for gain decorations in a few EGAM derivations.
