Update ITk Test Geometry

Nicholas Styles requested to merge nstyles/athena:master-updateGeoVersionItkTest into master

Move the ITk test to use ATLAS-P2-ITK-24-00-00 geometry tag, which contains both pixel and strip in the format that will be used for release 22

  • Add necessary Dictionary files for ITk geometries (in future these may be moved to a different location/access method)
  • Update the location which the pixel geometry code looks for its input Xml
