AnalysisTop: Bugfix for boosted jet tagging SF uncertainties

This bugfix fixes a subtle issue in the boosted jet tagger scale factors with dramatic consequences. The JetUncertaintyTool applies uncertainty as a correction on top of nominal SF. This is not considered in the AnalysisTop implementation, which leads to accidentally bundling multiple SF uncertainties on top of each other.
