Update tree name for the check sum

Takuya Nobe requested to merge tnobe/athena:master-tnobe-updateTrf into master

(TTree)trig_cost was used in the check sum stage of NTUP_TRIGCOST/RATE merging during run2. The format of NTUP_TRIGCOST/RATE is updated for run3, and they don't have trig_cost now. To avoid the crash in the check sum stage due to the missing TTree, we updated the name of tree used for NTUP_TRIGRATE and removed it for NTUP_TRIGCOST.
