Only check Jet chain parts in the etaRange protection
requested to merge jbossios/athena:ExplicitEtaRangeProtectionByLookingOnlyToJetChainParts into master
The protection that I added to enforce etaRange in some cases also affects jet + b-jet chains, this MR updates the protection to only act on Jet chain parts.
