Add two new L1Topo algorithms

This MR includes two new L1Topo algorithms, requested at ATR-19639:

• InvariantMassInclusiveDeltaRSqrIncl1Charge
• DeltaRSqrIncl1Charge

plus some extra information added to two already existing L1Topo algorithms.
