Dear Experts,

as discussed in ATLASG-1532 we need to fix egamma calibration for MC simulation with data overlay. Data calibration is used w/o the fix in such MC samples.

Some validation results w/o and w/ the fix are discussed in slide 7 of: https://indico.cern.ch/event/990522/contributions/4167978/attachments/2213644/3747009/HITop-HION6-23032021.pdf

This is needed for an ongoing ttbar analysis in proton-lead data.
