Externals Update, master branch (2021.03.25.)

Updated all projects to atlasexternals-2.0.104. The changes wrt. atlasexternals-2.0.103 are (atlasexternals@2.0.103...2.0.104):

  • Added FindHto4l.cmake and FindProphecy4f.cmake for finding hto4l and prophecy4f in an LCG release (thanks to @schaffer);
  • Changed the environment to make applications look for LHAPDF files on /cvmfs/sft.cern.ch/lcg/external/lhapdfsets/current first (thanks to @ewelina).

Neither of these changes should be difficult for the CI system in any way, and both should be very safe overall.
