Fix test_Sim_FullG4_ZPrime_QuasiStable.sh in AthSimulation nightlies

Drop use of G4TestAlg in test_Sim_FullG4_ZPrime_QuasiStable.sh as this isn't part of the AthSimulation project.
Should fix ATLASSIM-5159.
