Change to reduce the selection cut for the truth selection in the minbias tests

Could we have this merged anyhow however rather than wait for the CI tests again ? As the CI tests don't run any of this code - this dat file with the conflict is only used for our nightly tests and are not used for the CI tests at all so running them again is largely just a waste of CPU.
