tauRecTools: simplify variable name in TauTrackRNNClassifier

Hello,

This MR is renaming a few track variables in TauTrackRNNClassifier, to make it a bit easier to read. It does not change the reconstruction output.

We'll soon add a few more variables to the RNN, for the final R22 setup.
