Remove duplicated files in EvgenProdTools to avoid issues with ninja

Remove duplicated files in EvgenProdTools:

• G4particle_whitelist.txt was supposed to be moved in !41870 (merged) but there was another copy that was actually causing issues with ninja
• susyParticlePdgid.txt is duplicated in the same way so only keep the version that is installed
