Use particle hypothesis in the Acts extrapolator

Allow the use of particle hypothesis when using the Acts extrapolator. Th G4 follower was adapted to use the G4 pdgId as hypothesis. Also fix an issue in the Material Step converter where the material density unit was not converted, resulting in incorrect material density for the material map.
