Updated LUTs & Algos
- All Legacy LUTs are kept by using a prefix "leg"
- New LUTs are defined for cosh, cos, sin, atan2
- Kalman algorithm fixed based on discussing pg9 : https://indico.cern.ch/event/1014576/contributions/4258739/attachments/2201577/3723806/FixedPointNumbers.pdf
- All BW algorithms revised for phase1 simulation
P.S. Factor 100 will be dropped once the granularity are corrected.
