Add vertex analysis to the tau analysis

Add the relevant analysis chain to estimate the tau vertexing efficiency

A note to the reviewer: none of the code in this merge reqest, is actually used by any of the CI tests - it is only used by the ID Trigger nightly tests, as such only the compilation tests are relevant.
