Modified input to DAOD PHYSVAL ART test

art-input is now a 22.0.24 AOD sample, previously was r21.

This script was failing in the 21.2 branch already, in the step that creates the web display (ATLPHYSVAL-661).

Temporarily removing the # art-runon: Saturday for testing.
