Update Reco ART Tests

Mark Hodgkinson requested to merge mhodgkin/athena:mhodgkin_updateRecoARTTests_30March_2021 into master

Increase number of events in IDCosmic tests to match the number in other tests. Rename remaining FiveThread tests to MultipleThread tests and also change number of threads to 8 in those. In RecExRecoTests update folders to save in ART EOS area.
