adapt the ringer fex to allow the future forward configuration

This MR implements:

  • This MR adapt the ringer fex main loop to allow a better configuration.
  • We adapt the property (from ringer side) to allow list of lists from python configuration.
  • Clean the code and erase somethings.
  • prepare the ringer fex to forward and asymmetric rings
