corrected minor issues for test 02

test 00 and 01 are fine now, but test 02 seems to have a minor issue with the script that it recognizes the reference file as the configuration file. However, I was not able to spot the incorrect code and I have met this issue before and I have solved it by copied and pasted from one of the working script(with changed details), I think maybe this is due to some spaces/small difference so the code should be working now.

Hi Francisco

I have added a description for this MR, I know this MR seems to have not changed anything. But I have met this issue when I tested locally and solved it by doing the description (as I really was unable to spot the incorrect part of the code, so maybe there are incorrect spaces or something).
