use MT versions of NSW RdoToPrepDataTools

Hi,

@ssnyder noticed in ATLASRECTS-5988, that still the non-MT versions of the MM and sTGC RdoToPrepDataTools are used in master while for the other subsystems, we use the MT versions. Adapting here.
