GSF code minor tidying up

Christos Anastopoulos requested to merge ATLAS-EGamma/athena:use_typedef_for_MultiComponent_state into master

Use consistenly the typedef MultiComponentState. Move GSFConstants to the EDM so we can use them from there potentially. Tidy up a bit the MultiComponentState
