New Superchic Interface

This MR contains code that can be used if you want to shower Superchic events with Pythia and example jobOptions. The standalone Superchic executables are run with python's subprocess.Popen() function. I still need to update the superchic path in this MR. Tagging @spagan @adimitri @jtanaka @gtateno @ewelina

WIP status removed from MR. Added a file in src/components/ to get around a problem that would show up when making the package. Make would fail once and then work if tried again without any changes. Tagging @spagan @adimitri @ewelina @gtateno @jtanaka
