Remove ExtraInputs in LongLivedParticleDPDMaker package

This MR removes the use of ExtraInputs to specify data dependencies in the LongLivedParticleDPDMaker package. These changes have been tested with 10k events here: https://bigpanda.cern.ch/task/24772441/ .
