Updating preExec and removing 21.0 setup

  • Updating preExec to the AOD->DAOD step to match what is done in r22 PhysVal p-tags (@calpigia, does this look ok to you? I am looking at the preExec in test_mc16PHYSVAL_serial for example)
  • Removing 21.0 setup for the web display step
