update AMI tag for ART tests

Nicholas Styles requested to merge nstyles/athena:21.9-anotherARTUpdate into 21.9

Formatting problems (which I've been unable to pin down) seem to prevent simply overriding --geometryVersion, so update the AMI tag instead.
