this MR removes the mutable data members occuring in MdtCalibFitters. However, I also noticed that the entire package has lots of leaking memory which I tried to fix in the same go as well. Unfortunately, that has blown up the list of changes ☹. Tagging: @diehl, @nkoehler for further review.
