AFP track reconstruction for AthenaMT

Petr Balek requested to merge pbalek/athena:master-afp-trk-reco-v4 into master

Change AFP_SIDBasicKalman algorithm to AthReentrantAlgorithm and make it suitable for AthenaMT. It is responsible for the track reconstruction in AFP. Along the way, some changes to AFP_Geometry and AFP_SIDBasicKalman were needed in order to make AFP_SIDBasicKalman working properly.
