CaloConditions: Configuration fix.

Scott Snyder requested to merge ssnyder/athena:config.CaloConditions-20210410 into master

LArTTCellMapAtlas is only in COOLONL_LAR/*, not in COOLOFL_LAR. Just use addFolders for it, not addFoldersSplitOnline.

CaloTTOnOffIdMapAtlas, CaloTTOnAttrIdMapAtlas, and CaloTTPpmRxIdMapAtlas are in COOLONL_CALO/* and COOLOFL_CALO/OFLP200, but no other OFL DBs. Adjust configuration accordingly.
