Add support for large-R JER/JMS/JMR consolidated recommendations in AnalysisTop

Updates to AnalysisTop to include latest large-R jet in-situ JES/JMS calibration and provides support for large-R JER/JMS/JMR consolidated uncertainty recommendations:

  • Modifies hard-coded in-situ large-R JES/JMS config file
  • Adds FFJetSmearingTool used to evaluate large-R JMR uncertainies
  • Modifies JetObjectCollectionMaker::applySystematic() to accomidate FFJetSmearingTool
  • Modifications made to JetObjectCollectionMaker::addSystematics()
  • Replaces the configuration option LargeRJetUncertainties_NPModel with LargeRJetUncertainties_JESJERJMS_NPModel and LargeRJetUncertainties_JMR_NPModel
  • Preserves functionality of Systematics configuration option, allowing a specified subset of nuisance parameters to be run over
