Add configurable suffix for jet track moments
This adds a configurable property MomentSuffix to JetTrackMomentsTool, which allows the user to specify an optional suffix to append to the end of the moment decoration names. This allows them to run multiple instances of JetTrackMomentsTool on the same jet collection, e.g. with different track-vertex association setups.
