Copying manually digitization metadata in MC-overlay using CA-based config
This MR fixes MC-overlay metadata with CA-based config. Following changes have been implemented:
- disable primary event selector metadata handling which corresponds to PU RDO metadata
- manually copy over digitization metadata
Similar MR for the old-style config: !40155 (merged)
The IOV metadata RunNumber still needs to be overridden from the PU - this will come in a separate MR.
