Prepare offline monitoring of HLT jets for Et->Pt change in conditions

News:
- Adding equivalent njet histograms using pt instead of et for selecting jets (this will help validate et -> pt change in hypo conditions)
- Removing njet=0 bin for online jets in NoTriggerSelection folder (since it has no use and is confusing since it can change b/w releases due to menu changes)
