Master add EF steps to muon LRT performance chain

Adds a chain HLT_mu6_LRT_idperf_L1MU6 to the LS2_v1 menu. This chain differs from HLT_mu6_LRT_idperf_l2lrt_L1MU6 in that it adds the EF steps of the selection i.e. EFMUSA and a LRT configuration of InDet Precision Tracking.
