Remove 1st SEP in all scenarios, implement aliasing of non-simple scenarios and simplify name of HT chains
News:
- Removing first SEP in all scenarios (several chain names affected, but no chain counts should be observed)
- Implementing the possibility of aliasing long non-simple scenario names. An example chain was added just to illustrate the capability
- Simplify name of HT chains (agg->ht change on scenario name): agg1000ht -> ht1000 (effectively removing possibility of setting hthi = max HT)
