egammaValidation : comment out unit test as not needed since this for now runs during CI

Christos Anastopoulos requested to merge ATLAS-EGamma/athena:egammaValidation_disable_unit_since_CI into master

After ATLASRECTS-6208 this test runs as part of CI in master

Comment it out from the relavant CMakeLists.txt in master.
