Decorate jet with flavor label particle pt

This adds a float giving the pt of the particle used to label a jet, to accompany the standard flavor labels we use in b-tagging (HadronConeExclTruthLabelID and HadronGhostTruthLabelID). It's necessary to train the b-jet trigger properly, but it might also be useful in offline training or in calibrations.
