Draft: First draft of RDO testers for BIS78 RPC and sMDT
A first draft of the RPCRDOVariables class has been created and changes were made to NSWPRDValAlg and the digi and reco python scripts to integrate the new class to MuonPRDTest. This will give RPC related variables in the reco output ntuple.
