Patch xAODTauFilter.cxx to compile with HepMC3

John Derek Chapman requested to merge jchapman/athena:GeneratorFiltersHepMC3_master into master

Minor tweak to the xAODTauFilter class so that it compiles in the master--HepMC3 nightlies.
