Fix naming conflicts between tracking geometry builders in the old and run3 job configuration.

Fix naming conflicts between the old and the run3 style job configuration which arise when toggling the usage of the tracking geometry conditions data on.

  • use Cond suffix also in the old configuration for all tracking geometry builders used in the tracking geometry conditions algorithm.
  • use correct builders for the muon tracking geometry in the tracking geometry conditions algorithm when using the run3 style job configuration (not the builders meant for the tracking geometry service).
