Conversion of several TH2D to TProfiles in the ClusterHistogram class in athena/Reconstruction/egamma/egammaValidation and corresponding adjustments to the plotting script athena/Reconstruction/egamma/egammaValidation/scripts/EgammaARTmonitoring_plotsMaker.py.

This removes the need for a conversion of TH2D objects to TProfiles in the plotting code; the affected TH2D are only plotted in the form of a derived TProfile.
