Added Cluster And Track Histograms, Updated the Webdisplay Accordingly
In preparation for run2 reprocessing, I have added cluster and track histograms (for all tracks not just lead tracks) and I have entered these new histograms into the webdisplay. Also adding the other trigger histogram folders into the webdisplay and giving them more helpful names.
