Due to recent memory leaks.

  • Vol.I or removing surface ctors with ptr to Transforms.
  • We just need a ref.
  • The plan is to go Type by Type and see.

In this one

  • residual addition of ref ctor for all Types.
  • Removal of ptr ctors completely for StraighLineSurfaces
