Bugfix in TrigMultiTrkComboHypo for bBeeM6000 chains (ATR-23352)
The nonrelevant TrigCompositeUtils::Decision objects are now filtered out from TrigMultiTrkComboHypo.
We have already filtered similar decisions from standard dimuon chains with the help of TrigBphysStreamerHypo. So this fix does not affect muon part. It only corrects the behavior of the recently added 'HLT_2e5_lhvloose_bBeeM6000_L12EM3' chains.
