Updates to new style Transform integration tests

Adding Transform integration tests for old vs new style. Currently migrated the following scripts: 2010GeomSim, 2011GeomSim, 2012GeomSim, FrozenShowerFCalOnly and FtfpBertAtlTest. The new style TI tests give the same output as the old style.
